What does Bangle Size mean?

Indian Bangle Size is indicative of its inner diameter in inches. Inches in this case are
divided into 16 sub-sections. The first number of the Bangle size indicates the number of
full-inches while the second number indicates the number of sub-sections in an inch.

For example, if your bangle size is 2-8 (pronounced two-eight), it’s inner diameter is
actually 2 inches + 8/16 inches i.e. 2.5 inches. To map your bangle size and its diameter

How can I measure my Bangle Size using my existing fitting Bangle?

1. Place the ruler scale on the bangle ensuring that 0 inch mark touches one edge of the
inner side of the bangle.

2. Measure the diameter by noting the mark touching the opposite edge of the inner side of
the bangle.

3. Make sure that this is the maximum length you can measure inside the bangle’s inner
circle
