Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

This kurti when I received it is long and short. From the sides. Very cheap quality. I am totally disappointed.
If I can attach a picture it will be good for future buyers to stay away from cheat.

I can't even recognize the dress. The picture is deceiving. There no match to picture and really dress. The picture shows complete different dress, will never buy if the correct picture was there.

It wasn't look like whatever shown in the picture. it looked like party dress in picture
so I ordered that for wedding. but when it came it is totally look like night dress.i got so disappointed. Then I have to go to the store and buy other dress for wedding. Not worth for $23..

The written description said this dress was red. In the image it looked like a light red, almost like a light rose. When it came the dress was a burnt orange. The dress I received was very different from the image and written description. Not pleased at all and makes me not want to buy from this website again.
