Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

This is a low quality product which can be available in local market as well. The quality is very bad. Simply I wasted Rs.300 extra. Same product is available for Rs.209 in Amazon. Link given below.

Product was delivered in good condition. Just that it was in a deeper gold colour than I imagined, thus making it look quite artificial. But otherwise it was good.

Product received Perfectly. 3 Stars Given for Some Stones in the necklace is fell down in the courier Cover itself. 10 Stones were missing in the necklace. But Earring was perfect. Anyway i found that all missing stones in the courier cover itself made it stick with jewellery glue. If it was perfect i would given 5 stars. Reduced one star for missing Stones and another one star for wasting time in sticking the stones.
