Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.

For the long necklace you have pack in the lengthwise direction only. The necklace is somewhat in slightly folded condition so the hook come out from the item. As it is hook only, I myself rectified it with another hook.
The chain may be little lengthy, as it is tight to the neck.

Very Very disappointed with the product, The appearance of the product is way much different from what I received. Very disappointing. I had my baby shower organised and had plans to wear them. But the quality of the product is so so bad, that I had to change my plans. Absolutely disappointing product and quality. I am very reluctant to recommend this to ANY OF MY FRIENDS. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL.
