When a buyer buys

1. An order is placed on our website for one of your products.
2. You receive an e-mail from us with the details of the order.
3. You are expected to dispatch the products within 3 days (from the day order is placed).
4. Once product is dispatched, enter tracking information into your login panel and mark the order as dispatched.
5. We send a notification to the customer that the product has been shipped along with the tracking number of the package.
6. Upon successful delivery of the package to the customer, please mark the order as completed. Payouts are calculated only on completed orders.

Failure to ship within specified time

Repeated failure to comply with the shipping time may result in termination of your store from our system. The decision for this would be based on our communication post facto any such incident and we would take into account any genuine justification for the slip.

Buyer complaints

Buyer complaints will be handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to take action regarding return and refund of products.
