How it works

When a buyer buys

  1. An order is placed on our website for one of your products.
  2. You receive an e-mail, a text sms and a phone call from us with the details of the order.
  3. You are expected to notify us when the product will be ready and available for pick up within 8 hours from the above communication.
  4. We schedule a pick up from your doorstep at the specified time.
  5. We send a notification to the customer that the product has been shipped along with the tracking number of the package.
  6. Upon successful delivery of the package to the customer, we notify you of the same.

Failure to deliver

In the case of a failure to deliver the package after 2 attempts from the shipping company, the package will be returned to you at your doorstep. The customer will be refunded the amount of the product minus the cost of shipping incurred.

Failure to ship

The expected time of delivery of a product will be specified by you at the time of store creation. Repeated failure to comply with the shipping time may result in termination of your store from our system. The decision for this would be based on our communication post facto any such incident and we would take into account any genuine justification for the slip.

Buyer complaints

Buyer complaints will be handled on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to take action regarding return and refund of products.
