Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

While the kaftan is beautiful, the insufficient packaging allowed for much of the beading and decor to catch on itself. If tissue paper or thin card board had been used covered the beading and décor before folding it over on itself, I believe it would have been fine. Some of the beading was in the bottom of the cellophane bag, it appears to be from a small section on the lower part of the right sleeve. I am able to repair that part of the sleeve, just hoping I haven’t missed other areas of damage and end up leaving a trail of beads at my son’s nikah in May. The matching hijab is also beautiful, but it has a square area of runs where it’s likely to be quite visible - it appears to be a machine or mechanical damage, probably prior to shipping.
