Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: Self return or Pick-up.
Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available.
The cost of return shipping in case if pickup is not available will not be covered by Mirraw.com.
Any customs duty charged will not be covered by Mirraw.com and will be deducted from the refund amount. Only in case of damaged product / wrong receipt of product Mirraw would cover the return shipping cost upto Rs.100/-.
Self Return is easy, Just follow the steps below:
In order to return the product you will have to pack the item and ship it to the address which will be informed to you in Email once you select the reason for return.
While Shipping product back to us you will have to enter the tracking details of package on our return panel. After successful verification of the details, your refund would be processed.
If you choose to replace / refund the item for reason of wrong receipt of product or receipt of a defective product, you will need to upload the image of product. After the images are verified we would process your return request.
In the case of Pickup, just follow the steps below:
Keep the product ready in its original condition before the pickup takes place.

Once the product has been picked up, you can see the details and track the status of the refund
FAQ: When will my return get picked up?
We send the return pick-up request to our Logistics partners as soon as we receive the return request from you. Our Logistics partner pick-up the Product/s within 3 days of receiving the request.
Our Logistic Partners shall make three attempts to pick up the Product/s. If the item is not picked up in the third attempt, the return request shall be considered complete at our end. In that scenario, you can raise a fresh Return request in case you are eligible. For more details, please contact our Customer Care.
You may request for Replacement (exchange) of product, or refund of money or coupon worth product amount that you could use on future purchase from Mirraw.
Any Organic food Item, Custom made (stitched) or Lingerie Set Item cannot be exchanged or returned.
Once your return request is approved, expected refund time will be:
Store Credit / Coupon: 2 working days
NEFT to Bank Transfer: 7-8 working days
Paypal / Payu: 7-8 working days
Packaging Advice: It is of utmost importance that the products do not get damaged on their return shipping. For Jewellery, please use cotton, bubblewrap, paper or foam to do some kind of padding around the product. For apparel, please use the plastic the product was originally sent in or use any kind of plastic to avoid damage due to rain.
Exceptions: Any Custom made (Stitched), Organic food item or Lingerie set item cannot be exchanged or returned.
