first of all sorry to give this rating. The reason only behind this for choose the parcel services(DTDC) by you which have the worst services in the world, because my past and present experience say that this DTDC service is irresponsible services. they never update to customer about status of the order and always hold the parcels to many days and delay the order day by day from just i had suffered from that. and they can never improve their services. so its only my suggestion that if you want to join new customers with you and i recommend your services to my friends and to my knows please change your courier services other than DTDC.
