Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

The product was not the same as the picture. The quality of the embroidery on the dress was a shiny bright gold color, not subtle as shown in picture. Not the same sleeve style and sleeves are shorter than in the picture. Top was very long, will have to wear with heels only.

The dupatta was made from net material (not with material shown) and did not drape well over the outfit. Could not wear it to the wedding I attended yesterday.
The sleeves are missing the lining.
Also, the legs of the bottom could not fit well. One was larger and longer and the other was small. Could not get it to pass through my feet. I tried and fix it. The larger leg was made from the stretchy cut of the fabric which is harder to fix while the smaller leg was made from the non-stretchy cut of the fabric.
