Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Extremely disappointing! Blouse looked like it was patched together from left-over scraps. Complained to customer service that it is an embarrassment to wear - they don't care. They offered a 20% discount - which they never sent and now I am left with this thing I can't use. Customer service is the run-around - they pretend they never got your emails. I sent dozens of emails - they act like they never got them. Stay away!!!!

The color, design and material is very good and looks pretty just as in the picture. I was very disappointed with the blouse as it was not made as per the measurements given and the size was too big with no openings in the front or back or side to put it on so how do you expect a person to wear it. It felt like it was made for an elderly woman and was not happy with it and could not wear it for the occasion for which I had ordered.
