Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

The clothes i see in the picture is not same .and the color is also not same.and steaching are not good. Is look like used dress. And no stone in whole dress. But I saw the picture is stone work .very poor quality dress you send me .I order yollow dress and you send me peach colors.

Nothing like the picture. Nice fabric but product came with a massive stain and too small. The description said it was yellow but its gold so I can't use it for the occasion. The dress is not puffy like the picture, it is flat and there is only three pleates not 6 or 7 like the picture shows. Less fabric used. The fabric on the back was all plain? Not worth the money, they scammed me for the price I paid.
