Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Embroidery looked cheep with all the sequences and oversized pearls . I was expecting more settle suffocated embroidery.

I did not expect the trousers to be made of nylon - they did not fall nicely. There also some threads at the front of the dress which were loose

The pant quality is not what it seemed like in the picture and it was not even made to look like what it looks like in the picture as i instructed. I also ordered this to be long sleeves and even put my measurements in but it came out to up to my elbows.
The pants are also very tight and short as well and goes above my ankles.
