Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

I really needed this outfit for a wedding and I ordered it for my sister. I needed to have a modest shirt (I.e. covering the arms and stomach area) and these were not met. I did custom stitching for this reason and I wish I had know that it wasn’t going to come with sleeves and would reveal the stomach. It also came so so so late. I got it the night prior to the wedding and therefore did not even have time to try to find a shirt to make it cover the arms and stomach in time and was not able to have her wear it.

Well sttiched item, with experienced hands... love that dress... only my front neck amd back neck is seems small than my given measurements . But its ok... all great work ...love to ordered again
