Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Quality Check - What exactly does this department do ?? Do they check for correct sizes and stains ?
Who is responsible for sending the right sizes?
I have order multiple times, and each time was a disappointment in regards to sizes. Always 1 top or 2 or little smaller.
This time around when i ordered 3xl i got Size may be L.
With size tag cut off.
Why are you trying to fool customers like this - Cut of the size tags and send smaller sizes??
Atleast you should have called/emailed me saying correct sizes are not available. It gets way frustrating. And this is not the first time. I don't think i will ever shop again. I can send pictures for you to check.
