I ordered two of them and The neck hole was not cut out for my head to go through! I can’t wear it and I have the Wedding Friday! I am not happy. I pressed the Return button and It brings me to a Page that says Code 404 Error. Not Happy at all. How do I return these? I want my money back for both of these.

The bottom inner button was falling off, so I had to make it secure by sewing it on better. Not the end of the world. Other than that it is OK for what I paid. I got what I paid for.

The dress was custom stitching. From the moment I purchased, helpful staff were prompt in taking measurement, confirming the measurement, which gave me confidence that dress will fit me accurately. Helful, prompt service. Good products online and value for money. It would have been great if the dupatta was a soft material but all very good. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Mirraw.

My zipper was broken when it came! How am I supposed to wear it when I can’t zip the side? Quality was good though. Very saddening.

I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)

l ordered two sets of toe rings in June 2021 for rs 660/- i received sets but one is good and other one is mixed with different combination means two toe rings differed. we can’t wear them and of no use may be packing mistake.how can it be rectified order no is M847308896-6835022

I ordered a salwar set material, quality is very bad, looks cheap and is expensive. For the same price I have got very good quality material in shops. Regret ordering from you. The courier you used is not professional either. You must be using them because they are cheap. Your focus is not on quality. Very disappointed and feel cheated.

The last purchase i made was delayed by 2 months. It kept returning to the Mirraw facility. This happened twice.
I emailed mirraw and their customer service is great, timely responses. They looked into the matter to get the outfits delivered.
This is the first time it has happened, i usually buy and get my products in less than 14 days. Thank you mirraw.

Hello, CHEAT Mirraw team,
You guys are cheating the people with the name of shopping.
I have placed an order for my kid. It's lehenga choli. It cost 1620/- I received a request to pay online. I paid through Gpay after the transaction. I didn't even get any message or any track id regarding order.
So return my money back or send my money back or else it's gonna be very serious issue
Who is your founder i need to talk that bleedy is this fine for you people all bull shit stuff you people are doing i'll not take it easy.

After I ordered boys pyjama and kurta 1 set today I visit mirraw site Iit is seen that that product'S price is decreased by Rs.310/-. Earlier they said price is Rs.1907/. So I request that please shipped the product by Rs.1607/. Otherwise my r lier order may be cancelled and allow to purchase a new one.
