I ordered two of them and The neck hole was not cut out for my head to go through! I can’t wear it and I have the Wedding Friday! I am not happy. I pressed the Return button and It brings me to a Page that says Code 404 Error. Not Happy at all. How do I return these? I want my money back for both of these.

The bottom inner button was falling off, so I had to make it secure by sewing it on better. Not the end of the world. Other than that it is OK for what I paid. I got what I paid for.

The dress was custom stitching. From the moment I purchased, helpful staff were prompt in taking measurement, confirming the measurement, which gave me confidence that dress will fit me accurately. Helful, prompt service. Good products online and value for money. It would have been great if the dupatta was a soft material but all very good. I am very satisfied. Thank you, Mirraw.

My zipper was broken when it came! How am I supposed to wear it when I can’t zip the side? Quality was good though. Very saddening.

I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)

I had placed an order M516650213 on 7.10.2019. the expected date of delivery was 13.10.2013. Even after constant follow-up with your toll free no 02266484300 and the Delhivery guys, I haven't received my parcel till date. The Dehlivery guys have confirmed that the parcel has reached the destination i.e. Mohali on 14.10.2019. They are just giving me false assurances and buying time. I will never place an order with Mirraw again. I'd rate your service with negative marking.

Order M458377566 of amount Rs. 1000 . This was for a necklace set which was received in broken condition. I paid the amount and also placed it for "return". Your representative came n collected it. After that I did not hear anything. Though I had one or two bad experiences with u I still placed the order n got my lesson. Pl settle the issue. Pl return my hard earned money.

Have received my products and wanted to return.. already created return request in portal... And sending emails daily for uodates..no one picked items nor they took time to reply to my email on time..
Very bad customer service..I never order from this site again in future..

It was no use speaking to you. I thought been a escalation senior person you would treat my request on priority and as per our conversation I was suppose to get call back from you.
But was again ditch and no call back for whole day.
Now I am getting such stupid reply as per trial email.
