The saree was bundled up with all the folds messed up and shoved into the package. How much time does one take to fold it properly and send it??? The ironing was all messed up. Is that how you send your products to customers? I was looking forward to the saree and imagine my disappointment at the bundled mess that i see on opening the package.

I like it. I like bright things and this fits the bill. In the summer I don't like walking around just in a shirt and this bright light weight waist coat is ideal. I am sure that I will get some comments about it.

The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length
Given length 40
Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them
I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures,

I really loved the item, stiching is good too. The item was supposed to come on 9th but it got delivered on10th mid morning. The picture shows a big ghera of the skirt but it's more of A line skirt.
Besides these two things, item is good. Happy to shop again

Ordered for the measurements on your website and it is at least two sizes too small. Very disappointing. Fabric feels very cheap and unpleasant.

I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)

I had ordered a bedsheet & received in time. But the material is totally different and inferior in quality. It was my first order & may be the last. As customer i want to say better you take more money but never cheat. Regards.

Ordered on 20th April and delivered on 15th and had follow up as many as 15 calls and 11 mails.
Even after delivery for my confirmation no reply, something wrong with your customer service and mails.
Though got a good stuff, service was terrible

As an international customer from South Africa, I am extremely disappointed in the customer care i have been receiving. My order was not fulfilled due to errors on Mirraw side and i was still being refused a refund. Eventually they agreed to refund me to my bank account but I have been waiting 6 months to receive my refund and still have not received a refund. Customer care does not provide feedback on the process, and is probably hoping I will give up contacting them for my refund, but I will not and I will be reporting this customer service as fraudulent actions.

Mirraw 100% money back points is a hoax. It say you can use the wallet points. However, when points are earned, it’s classified as referral points and can’t be used 100%.
Only 10% of point can be used which does not make sense because one could get a 10% coupon online to use anyways.
If you are buying more hoping to use the wallet amount for a future purchase, don’t bother or waste your money on that because it’s simply a gimmick.

Orderd Rama blue Heavy Embroiderd sharara sut for 6-7 yrs old..yestrdsy delivered..found our its too small 20 size to fit a 3 yrs old..alreafy paid in full..wi openng the pack..since yesterday trying to reach you..fir exchange ..shoukd rake bck the suit and deliverd ..in the size I ordrderd for ..similar iutfit..similar suit for 6-7 years..25 size...
