UPDATE: DUE TO MY INCREASED FRUSTRATION WITH MIRRAW, I HAVE FILED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL. I WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POORLY STITCHED CHUDIDHARS. THE READY-MADE KURTIS I ORDERED WERE COMPLETELY OFF THE GIVEN SIZE CHART. THE END RESULT? NONE OF THE SUITS FIT ME. I SPENT A TOTAL OF $515 IN GOOD FAITH, DESPICABLE. DIFFERENT AGENTS WILL TELL YOU DIFFERENT THINGS. THERE IS NO CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATION - EACH TIME I CALL OR EMAIL, SOMEONE NEW APPEARS AND I HAVE TO SITUATION ALLOVER AGAIN. THESE ISSUES HAVE BEEN ONGOING FOR APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS.
ON ANOTHER NOTE, MIRRAW DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE THE STAR RATING WHICH IS HIGHLY MISLEADING AND POOR BUSINESS ETHICS.
Simply terrible customer service! I placed 3 orders with Mirraw. The first order was fine. I only ordered one lehenga. In good faith and sound reason, I placed another two orders for a total of $515.64. That is ALOT of money to be spending on regular Indian traditional wear. Both orders were sent at approximately the same time after much harassment and threats and being met with poor response to non-response to those threats. Let me tell you: it is useless to make threats to a useless company. I placed these orders in full faith. When I received the products, they were very terribly stitched. I could not even get a few over my head. Moreover, for the readymade kurtis, the sizing chart is way off, so that whatever I ordered was so tight I could not breathe in them. Now, Mirraw expects me to send the readymade kurtis BACK TO THEM. Am I a fool to send them all the way back to India?? It would cost me a fortune! I forgave them for one lehenga, which is more than enough leeway that I’ve given them. In addition, I could not get the lehenga over my head and the quality of the fabric was flimsy and looked cheap. Their products are nice to look at, but they’re too many problems with this. I say to not waste your money in the hopes you will get clothing you really wanted. I tried calling them this morning and a fellow named Peter answered the phone. I asked to speak to Wilson who seems to be the manager. I was told that he was busy and that he would call me back in an hour. Did he call me back? Of course not. I waited until midnight to call again, but this time the response that the phone number does not exist. I am very angry. I gave them enough opportunity to rectify the situation, but they blatantly refused and in fact were misleading and manipulative. As soon as my bank opens, I am going to file a dispute with PayPal first, followed by my bank, I refuse to throw my money around for poor customer service and poor stitching. Not nearly up to par.

Mane ek leghega order kiya tha lakin Mujhe galat product deliver kiya gaya....2 months hi Gaye h lakin mujhe abhi tak refund nahi milla...koi bhi reply nahi kiya😡😡😡😡😡😡

i did order on mar 15th one sarry. Till today no shipping confirmation. I keep getting emails stating that delivery will be 3 days delay. I hate already seeing those email. if you are not sure about the avilability dont even show in the site.. Why can't you do that???? I need my item with in two days.. so horrible experience.

Please know the outfits were perfect but get this. I have been in 24 email communications with God knows who and here's my suggestion DO NOY BUY THE JEWELERY.
I purchased a Ganesh pendant that was advertised at 2 inches it came at HALF AN INCH. Instead of allowing me to return the item they offered me 30% off. You heard that right they are guilty of false advertising, After 24 emails later I cannot get them to take down the 2 inch claim and when I asked them if I bought another in the same class if they could guarantee the size. THEY SAID NO.
Please understand that their customer service is run by a horrible platform called Freshdesk and you are NOT dealing with a person because if I was an employee of an otherwise stellar company I would bring this to the attention of the President.
Mirraw loose FRESHDESK. They would rather have me write a review like this and NOT fix the problem, continue to false advertise and have the utter nerve to say right to my face they cannot guarantee that the measurments in the picture are accurate if I order another.
If this is any indication of the sloppy customer service please know you will have problems. It's an AI you will be talking to ....a stupid one at that.

I got scammed too. Thankfully I only bought a basic cheap chiffon sari that was not meant to be ornate, so the sari I got was okay and wearable for the cheap rag I expected it to be. The choli and the petticoat were, unsurprisingly, the wrong size and the petticoat arrived stained (that'd better not be blood, guys). The choli is fine around my chest but huge everywhere else, so I expect it was sewn to a standard size (which I'm not) just on the basis of the chest circumference (which, for me, is several sizes larger than the rest of me since I'm busty but petite, so the choli nearly falls off me). The petticoat is so poorly sewn and of such poor quality that some of the stitches ripped when I merely tightened the drawstring! I ordered a petticoat that was supposed to be 32 inches long, 34 inches at the waist and they sent me one that was 38 inches long and 42 inches at the waist! So it was unwearable. I strongly suspect that they just send us B-quality/seconds, factory cast-offs and customer returns and whatever they can get their hands on at the time we place our orders. I'm only giving it two stars because the sari is at least wearable and I didn't expect great quality in the first place. Otherwise, I'd advise anyone to not buy anything from this dishonest joint. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.

I am not an online shopper but i thought that i would take a chance with mirraw. I am extremely satisfied with their service as well as their quality of clothing. It took only two weeks to receive my goods, delivered at my doorstep and wow, the goods look even better than the pictures. Thank you Mirraw, I will definitely be using Mirraw again.
