Saree fall stitching all fine, no damage on the sarees but quality is not as expected but ok.
Red blouse- cutting was bad, one side on the front is longer than the other side. Fit was perfect. Stitching very good too, but whoever cut the piece didn’t do a good job, and QC personnel definitely not trained properly or doesn’t do their job well.
Black blouse- stitching and fit good except for the straps, slightly loose but it’s ok as we can mend it.
Dark blue blouse- stitching and fit perfect.
Red leghenha skirt- stitching and fit perfect.

The saree was bundled up with all the folds messed up and shoved into the package. How much time does one take to fold it properly and send it??? The ironing was all messed up. Is that how you send your products to customers? I was looking forward to the saree and imagine my disappointment at the bundled mess that i see on opening the package.

I like it. I like bright things and this fits the bill. In the summer I don't like walking around just in a shirt and this bright light weight waist coat is ideal. I am sure that I will get some comments about it.

The skirt is 3 inches longer than the given length
Given length 40
Inches and made in 42 for all of them as a result I can’t wear them
I have past the customer survive to refund or help with alteration they asked me pictures with measuring tape and then asked for video even though I provided them they keep asking me more pictures,

I really loved the item, stiching is good too. The item was supposed to come on 9th but it got delivered on10th mid morning. The picture shows a big ghera of the skirt but it's more of A line skirt.
Besides these two things, item is good. Happy to shop again

I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)

I bought 3 layered red atones necklace,just recd. paid 890 rs but looks worse than roadside stuff. Over taht return policy is so bad that you are judt stuck with the item. So never buy fro this site MIRRAW is a cheat.the stars are already fixed by them. U cant even change the number of stars

Wish I could rate them as "0" star ⭐️, they don't deserve even 1star. I bought a four items with standard stitching . Two of my items were cancelled because the product failed quality check... can't they provide me another one of the item that passes the quality check?? Then the two items that I got they had to change the measurements I gave because they can't do as per my maessurements. In total I had to pay around 25 for the product and 22 for postage and I had to pay £19tax, is it a joke? I asked them to cancel my order fully if they cNt provide all 4 of the items as I have to pay double the product value for postage and tax. They can't as they are stitched to "my measurements". I will never buy from them and will also tell my Friends not to buy from them. Not happy at all.
I am not sure how they have got so many good reviews...

They are the worst in customer service! I ordered few items and some of those were not customized to the measurements given or didn't look like anything as pictured. They don't deserve any stars. They don't need to be in business if they can't honor what they said. I have been trying to get a credit back for the last 2 months and I keep getting email saying it will be credited in 48 hours, no credit back yet!! A new person would take over responding so I have already been told by 3 people that I would be credited back. My emails on status of the credit are now being ignored, emailed few departments and still no response.

I have ordered artificial jewellery on 2nd April of 4133 rs.amount has been deducted from my account but still I have not received any confirmation about order .its showing pending .i have checked with hdfc bank amount has been paid to Mirraw successfully .please return my money or deliver my item soon

I ordered 6 sarees and four of those sarees were under promotion buy one and get one free.I received all items in a appropriate timing but never received the deal get one free,thou its bit expensive too.One saree is in a poor condition stitches are off.Sent a request to Mirraw to explain what buy one and get one free is about.
