There are many of the Jaccaurrd did not offered to review the quality of the product and packaging. Some are good some are not, looks old stock. Light green jaccaurd packing was so bad it has hole in it.
I have not received 12 out of 25 of the sarees yet.
Delivery date was May 24 th. It’s almost a month. You charged me for shipping fee that was misleading.

The items were exactly as described and the stitched option gave me benefit of 'made to measure'. Beautiful garments that are a perfect fit.
Communication with the Mirraw team was excellent throughout the process.

The upper arm was small. There was a slanted stitch on the sleeve from under the armpit going accross all the stiches on the sleeves. So I removed the thread to ease the fit only to ended up with a
space "hole" now under the arms.

The package arrived on time.. actually before time and the suit is beautiful. Just as it is shown in the picture. I was nervous as I read negative reviews after I purchased but I am glad to say that I absolutely loved the suit

I ordered a men's kurta set from Mirraw website at the beginning of May and received it in the middle of the month. Unfortunately, the wrong pant size was sent. I emailed customer service and was asked to send a photo of the size tag, which I did promptly. It is now been over a month with no response or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Mirraw again.

I have ordered a saree from Mirraw and am still waiting for it;They are still investigating but I have been obliged to buy another saree for the wedding of my friend.They just answer ever 3 days, telling you to wait.....
They are not serious at all and the sarrees are expensive.Can find the same at half price on the yourdesignerwear website;

This was the first time i ordered from this website. I have to say i am extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Though initially i had issues with making payments as there was some technical issues on Mirraw’s website but all good now with extremely fast delivery to Canada within 20 days of placing the order. The quality of the material i purchased is also very nice. Overall its a 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks team Mirraw!

Hi, For the first time I ordered a product from Mirraw with order # M786106117. This is a lehenga with semi stitched blouse. The stitching form only allows to enter chest size. Now the blouse doesn’t fit me at all. Blouse length was too short. Very bad service and now I cannot even return the product. This is new corporate style of robbing.
