If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Stitching Time
5-8 business days in addition to order delivery time. This service is provided to customers outside India only.
Material quality is not great but is good , looks pretty on wearing it. Size is smaller than expected but nice

while the top two pieces fit...the waist size of the pants are for a very huge man...the waist has to be at least a 50" and i wear a 33" i now have to search for pants that match the outfit and fit...as they clearly will fall off

Item as per photo but stained. No option of replacement.
I have very bad experience with .customer service is very poor .product quality is very poor.I return the product and it has taken more than 20 days to get refunded after I dispute the charges with PayPal

Mirraw is the worst service I have ever received. My order address was updated to a random address in NZ by their customer representative while I live in Singapore. I have asked for a refund 5 months ago, still no response. They are worst. M298729745

Hello,
The quality of the saree is horrible! Not to mention the blouse quality and stitching. No liner was included and blouse color does not even match with the saree. Extremely disappointing.

Beautiful Products! Poor International Service. Wrong invoices are sent internationally sending taxes and duties fee more than three times the cost of the items.
Promises are being made to send correct orders and it is not be shipped. Mirraw's team is not responding to emails and not refunding for purchases made.
