the only issue I had was the Lehenga was packaged really tightly into a very small bag,which left it very creased. Although the packaging was intact, you could consider trying not to stuff it into such a small bag.

Image different from display. Experienced poor delivery. I am receiving the items close to 1 month or more than a month. This happened on 2 occasions.

Please DO NOT use this site to order. They give you false delivery date, than when its a week over delivery date they will respond to your several follow ups letting you know one or two of the products are unavailable and they refund for them while deliver the rest. I placed my order on 3rd October and still waiting to get my delivery. They have put by refund for not available item in Mirraw Wallet and not my bank account. I have sent them 10 follow ups so far to refund in my bank account and to let me know of my order delivery date.. they do not even respond. Please use other authentic sites and Mirraw you will be fooled and highly disappointed with their customer service as there is no service as such

Excellent customer service with prompt replies. I received my saree and blouse very fast, the blouse was very well-stitched and fits me beautifully. I highly recommend this store. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because my experience was well above average.

Partial item received one and half month ago half one when should receiving no answer from mirraw
