I ordered online this Chaniya choli for my daughter with custom stitching. I had to communicate with stitching team many times for correct measurements. But overall, the material, embroidery was satisfactory, and mainly custom stitching was pleasant experience. Good service.

Awesome Customer care and service. Excellent items and real quality stitching. They even called to double check and validate measurements before sending merch to stitching department. I will 100 percent use their services again and will strongly recommend them as well..

It’s is nice but looks awkward with plain in back bottom part. The picture in yours listing shows that bottom have embroidery all around. I’m not very pleased with it.

I wanted to customize the blouse, but you didn’t want to use the original blouse fabric. Instead, you chose a completely different fabric, which I’m not happy about. I’ve purchased from other online stores before, and they were able to customize the blouses while incorporating a small amount of different fabric when needed.

Lehengas fabric is so cheap for the price I paid. And diyas are the worst quality.

I ordered a saree for a special occasion which I received 6 days before the day I supposed to wear. But quality is just so cheap I filed complaint right away and no one is replying . If you call India office the claim they can’t see the detail. Usa team says it will take time to get response. Mirraw online policy is clearly showing to return or replacement in 7 days. People already took 5 days and no response. What is the use to order or policy of no one is taking any action. I wasted my time my money for the occasion I ordered. I will give extremely poor service.

Unprofessional Service
Service that is unprofessional
I ordered a dress on September 16, 2021, and it was supposed to arrive on September 25, 2021, within Mumbai. I asked them if they could deliver by the 27th of September because I have a family wedding on the 6th of October. They said yes and said, "Don't worry, we'll deliver on time."
Worse, they delivered on October 6th, which meant I had to buy a new dress because I couldn't wear it to the wedding. They promised someone from the Mirraw team would call you for a refund, but I haven't heard anything. Service was dreadful. No one wants to be held responsible if an order is delayed or if a refund is required. So keep the backup.

Product Quality of Sarees 2 from Shree Sanskruti and 1 from Sareemall are overpriced and not of poor quality

I ordered kids clothing on 16th sep and I received the product today as mentioned in the product’s expected delivery date.

Product number 3451069 material is a bit rough and different from the picture. The border makes the saree look a bit dull. But the other saree was ikkat and that was good . Blouse was good fit as well.

Ordered a sharara set and a palazzo set. Both sets are beautifully made and fits me perfectly. Delivery was very quick, in fact it was one day earlier than expected. Will order again. Thank you very much
