The waistcoat was definately the wrong size, did not fit. I sent a message asking if I could get just the waistcoat in a bigger size, no response, again had to buy new outfit, will NOT be using your website anymore

The Blouse was too tight,tailor did not add extra margin as instructions. Been trying to sort out with customer service.They keep saying check measurements, which I have really disappointed.

As an international customer from South Africa, I am extremely disappointed in the customer care i have been receiving. My order was not fulfilled due to errors on Mirraw side and i was still being refused a refund. Eventually they agreed to refund me to my bank account but I have been waiting 6 months to receive my refund and still have not received a refund. Customer care does not provide feedback on the process, and is probably hoping I will give up contacting them for my refund, but I will not and I will be reporting this customer service as fraudulent actions.

Mirraw 100% money back points is a hoax. It say you can use the wallet points. However, when points are earned, it’s classified as referral points and can’t be used 100%.
Only 10% of point can be used which does not make sense because one could get a 10% coupon online to use anyways.
If you are buying more hoping to use the wallet amount for a future purchase, don’t bother or waste your money on that because it’s simply a gimmick.

Orderd Rama blue Heavy Embroiderd sharara sut for 6-7 yrs old..yestrdsy delivered..found our its too small 20 size to fit a 3 yrs old..alreafy paid in full..wi openng the pack..since yesterday trying to reach you..fir exchange ..shoukd rake bck the suit and deliverd ..in the size I ordrderd for ..similar iutfit..similar suit for 6-7 years..25 size...

This is really one of the best Bandhani suit material with good quality fabric. Color and design is same as mentioned in the picture. Must recommend to go for it.
