The item is absolutely beautiful with excellent workmanship, and I would highly recommend it based on quality alone. However, I used the measurements provided on the website to choose my size, and unfortunately, the kurta in the set I ordered was too small. According to the size chart, I should have had about 1.5" of room to spare, yet it fit too tightly.
This experience makes me question the accuracy of the website's sizing information. Additionally, be aware that the return window is quite short. When I tried calling the help line for assistance with returning the item (from the U.S. back to India), I was unable to get clear answers due to what seemed to be a language or accent barrier. As a result, I was unable to complete the return.
The product is lovely, but I recommend ordering with caution—especially if you're relying on the sizing chart or may need to return it.

I’m extremely disappointed with my service from Mirraw. I ordered my outfit a month ahead of the day I needed my outfit, I’d sent them multiple emails about the dates I needed it for. The email responses were never helpful or useful. My order arrived later than the date I needed it for. They couldn’t do my size unless I paid extra for it, which I did. I asked about a refund multiple times over email to which they never addressed or responded. Overall honestly and truly a very stressful and disappointing service. Would not recommend to anyone nor order from here again!

I don’t understand why is your employee sending me fake apology emails again and again.
Yes, I got my product from DHL, but I had to go through a lot of trouble to deliver to my address just because your unprofessional services. And Mirraw didn’t put any effort on that, I had to take all the pain.
And finally, when I could see the products those are equally worse like your services, didn’t follow any measurement instructions to make blouses.
Now the product quality, those are even worse a person can imagine, stop stealing the photos from some other vendors website and use that with your poor-quality products. Take the original picture of your products and use that in your website, stop making fool and frustrated to your customer, show some honesty and integrity in your business.
It’s complete waste of time, money and effort that I spent to get things from your website. I don’t know what should I do with those things, the quality is too bad that I don’t even give it to someone else other than dump.
If you really care your customer than you should compensate other than sending all fake apology emails.

Fantastic collection on a website. Ada Brand,Chikankari Clothes are very nice. Materials colour designs everything are very perfect.I loved it.

My order M581353623 not received and no news for Mirraw.Order placed On November 13 2017 it’s 1 month now. Reading all review worries me. Customer service calls and emails are not responding

Mirraw is waste shoppibg webite ..thy cgeat customerswoth poor qality material.i ordered a salwar it says free size i thought free size means stitched but t came nstitched with poor quality. dont shop in mirraw.
