Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.
Stitching
Stitching Time
5-8 business days in addition to order delivery time. This service is provided to customers outside India only.
A little tight, although my accurate measurement, but it can easily be fixed with the stitching, so good. I did not like missing beads and a few of the decorative stitching not being there.

The product is pretty much as it looks online except that the pics with the model make the fabric look softer and more luxurious. I would suggest recommending a measurement that asks for height with shoe height.

The saree is good . But the description on the site and the product I got is a little different .
The blouse color on the site was mentioned as Cream . I didnโt get a cream color blouse . I was disappointed.
I wish I got a cream blouse instead a black .

The outfit did not look like the picture. There wasn't enough material to make the garara look nice. Very few gathers in it. Also the neck of the dress is same back and front so the front neck is very high up and not flattering at all. I'm going to have to cut it deeper myself and finish it off.

I ordered this as I already have the same one so that I can ask my seamstress to match the back and front. The back of this item was plain and the embroidery and pattern was just on the front.
Haha .. really.. I see they are removing genuine negative reviews. Only keeping the positive ones.

I am having a terrible experience with MIRRAW. The piece is damaged and they are offering 5% discount for this, which is hilarious. They are offering discount from my money. Why should I have a damaged piece?? Terrible service from Customer care. Looks like have to take it higher up to resolve this.

bewarned - THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE STAR RATINGS. WEIRD.
If there was 0 star I would give a FUCKING 0 star.
My mom often shopped here (this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers!
The main problem was:
1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with
2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR ( I ordered BLUE they gave me black)
- I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one. (before their 7day return policy)
- I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end.
I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me.
I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond.
- WORST is that they replied yesterday saying will give me 20% REFUND. (this email was sent to my mom)
THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE FUCK!
MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
