Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

I have a very bad experience. You show something else and sell something else. Like with this dress you are showing different border design in dupatta and different embroidery and when I received this particular dress the design of the embroidery and border is totally different. And not even a good stuff. I was expecting this to wear in one of my party as this looks so good in the picture but now when I have already received this i don't think so I will be able to wear it anywhere, not even at home. Everything in this dress is so cheap and poor. Especially when your description says its has 2.5m dupatta and shows us a good border work but actuality the dress has no good work on it and moreover the dupatta is less than 2 metre. So, unprofessional. Such a poor quality and stuff you provide. If there is any chance I would like to return your stuff to you guys. And you can keep my money as well, I don't need that back. The thing is I don't want to see that dress again, the only option I have now to throw that in a bin or give it back to you guys.
