Product itself is great but Mirraw were not keeping me informed about the delivery. I was told I would get it on 4th August as it was shipped on 30th July. However I was never able to track the parcel and no information was given to me as to what is going on. The outfit is for a wedding I need to attend and I was not given any info on when it will arrive or where it is. After many calls and emails I finally got through to an agent who was able to access my tracking and told me Mirraw only shipped the saree on the 9th August which is extremely delayed. The agent however told me he’ll make sure it is express shipping. The agent was helpful however my whole experience with Mirraw was not great. Also, I chose a different style for the blouse and it wasn’t customised to what I wanted. Again it’s okay but just reviewing the fact that I wanted a particular style and I didn’t get it. Very thankful to the last agent I spoke to who made sure it was shipped as express shipping.
