I should have received my parcel by Friday 28th March but recieved it on Saturday 29th March instead so was not happy as you did not inform me through the tracking process or apologised for the delay and should that I should recieve my money back as its not acceptable... Also the delivery payment of £8.99 is way too much and should be reduced to make more sales...

Under skirt is restricting as I mentioned this is for a dance, it is not as flowing and doesn’t all of for large leg movements. We will have to do more tailoring.

maybe the blouse felt a little loose. and the skirt is the kind of material to get wrinkled and needs ironing. that was not mentioned explicitly earlier so that’s a bummer but otherwise it’s a pretty lehenga!

The embroidery is only on one side. Images or description do not tell customer embroidery will not be on back.
The material is very thin and static occurs , then the material sticks to the legs. The netting does not sit well because of material underneath.

I recently purchased a saree from Mirraw, and overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and design! The saree itself is beautiful — the fabric is luxurious, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The blouse was also unique and well-made, and it fit perfectly thanks to the "made-to-measure" option they offer.
However, there was one issue: I specifically requested a 3/4 arm length for the blouse, but unfortunately, I received a shorter sleeve length instead. It's a bit disappointing because everything else was perfect, and I was really looking forward to that specific sleeve style.
Despite this minor setback, I’m still in love with the saree and blouse combination. I plan to order the same saree again, just in a different color this time. Hopefully, the blouse sizing will be spot on next time!

I ordered a men's kurta set from Mirraw website at the beginning of May and received it in the middle of the month. Unfortunately, the wrong pant size was sent. I emailed customer service and was asked to send a photo of the size tag, which I did promptly. It is now been over a month with no response or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Mirraw again.
