I received the item/product well on time,but this time Iwas disappointed as the product is not inthe same colour as has been displayed, not as vibrant as the image is in the website.So I want to return it following all the terms and conditions.

I had to get the shirt tailored to be a tiny bit looser to fit properly. I order desi clothes online all the time and a small always fits me. This does not feel like it was made correctly.

Only one cons that it didn't delivered on time but very happy with the blouse stitching it's absolutely perfect in size and that to in a reasonable prize.

The Mirraw team was amazing. The stiching team was very prompt in responding to my messages. The fit of the outfit is as expected. The shipping of the items was on point and I received it just in time for the event. I have been ordering for a few years and if the quality of the product and service continues like this there is no reason for me to go elsewhere. Keep it up!!

Amazing customer service- when I told them I need it for a function before x date they expedited the delivery and it came in time (2 weeks 2 days to stitch and ship). Amazing communication from staff and everyone was really helpful ! I’m a repeat customer from the uk and love this website !

In my 5 years experience with Mirraw, I had always get the perfect sizes and perfect materials I always selected. The delivery was few times late but as far as the product is best nothing else matters to me. Mirraw..you are amazing!
