I have received partial order. There was no notification of my items getting cancelled and I have not received any refund for cancelled items as well. Very poor customer service. Highly dissappointed.

The saree is beautiful and I love the print. I am also impressed with timely delivery. Even though the blouse size is smaller than expected, I will be able to manage it by opening it up a bit as tailor has provided that option. But the blouse design pattern is not what I had chosen while submitting the stiching measures as I don’t like the back buttons or the three layered back design but the blouse came back with the same design as how it was displayed on website and not the one I had selected. So little disappointed .

The product was so good. The measurements which I mentioned was stitched exactly the same without any fitting flaw. I loved it very well. It looks pretty on me.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

Was worried at first ordering online, however was very pleased with my lehenga. The clothing and stitching is top quality. A special thank you to Khushboo for helping me with the measurements. Top customer services and package came on time beautifully wrapped! Will be definitely ordering again!

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
