Missing 4 outfits. I need my refund
Item received 25 days after expected date. Emails not returned. Calls not answered- recorded message goes on and on. At one point I waited over 2 hrs with no answer except the recurrent message

I purchased a lehenga from Mirraw, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The lehenga is absolutely beautiful and fits me perfectly. I wore it to my friend's wedding, and I received so many compliments! It made me feel like the most beautiful Chinese girl in Indian attire. Thank you, Mirraw, for such a stunning piece!

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

Was worried at first ordering online, however was very pleased with my lehenga. The clothing and stitching is top quality. A special thank you to Khushboo for helping me with the measurements. Top customer services and package came on time beautifully wrapped! Will be definitely ordering again!

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
