The stittching is bad. This happened to me once befor but after that all the other clothes came out good. So I got my hopes high again. You guys need better tailors

The zipper is not the correct length. I will have to get it replaced. It is too short and ends at the waist instead of going past the waist seam.

the quality of the Sarees is beautiful and has good workmanship. Our issue arises from the service provided by Mirraw. I purchased online and rarely use my debit card for online purchases. 2 days after purchasing from Mirraw several illegal purchases were made put on my card. I had to cancel my card at the bank to stop someone from making purchases with my card number. I also ordered a few Kurtis from you and found the sizing inconsistent. For a few days I have been trying to process a return because they do not fit but your system keeps saying the items have not arrived and I cannot process the returns. The items already arrived days ago.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
