It’s the first time I have ordered and was very impressed with the service and responses. Got it custom stitched and I have good quick response and advice on the measurements I have sent and got stitched perfect. Only one flaw I would like to point out if the packaging. The dress was tightly packed in a very thin plastic bag. I almost cut the dress as the dress was till the brim of the packet. There was no room to open the bag. I would much appreciate if this was packed in a bubble wrap prior to putting in the plastic bag to avoid any accidents.

The item shows a short sleeve blouse but I received a sleeveless blouse that I cannot wear. Other than that this is a good purchase

The gold coins were too small. This is for little girls. I wanted very long coins chain all the way to my belly. Please make long, big coins chains.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
