I acknowledge your position regarding the 7-day policy. However, I must clearly state that I do not accept this as a valid resolution in a case where the product supplied is incorrect.
This is not a discretionary return or a delayed complaint about preference. The dress delivered to me was not stitched to the size ordered (36) and therefore does not match the product purchased. Supplying an incorrect item is a fulfilment error, and responsibility for that does not disappear after an arbitrary time limit.
I raised the issue immediately upon discovering it. The delay was solely due to me being abroad and unable to check the item earlier. This does not change the fact that the item supplied was wrong.
Your repeated reliance on policy, without addressing the core issue — that the product delivered was incorrect — is disappointing and not customer-centric. Reputable companies do not close cases involving clear supplier errors simply by referencing internal timelines.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
