⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. This Rakhi order was placed well in advance specifically so it would reach my brother on time, but the delivery turned into a complete ordeal. Mirraw initially committed to a delivery date, which was missed, followed by another expected delivery date that was also missed. The shipment was eventually held by the courier for an address-related issue even though the address provided was correct. I had to repeatedly follow up with Mirraw and the courier myself to understand what was happening and get the shipment resolved. The Rakhi was finally picked up by my brother much later than it was supposed to arrive. While I appreciate that the package was eventually received, the entire purpose of ordering it in advance was defeated. For a Raksha Bandhan gift, timely and reliable delivery is the most basic expectation. Unfortunately, this experience caused unnecessary stress and completely spoiled what should have been a simple and special occasion. I would not recommend Mirraw for time-sensitive gifts unless they significantly improve their shipping coordination, communication, and customer support.

I did not get the blouse stitched but i was very surprised with the blouse fabric that I received. it looked like the lining of a blouse and though perhaps the blouse piece was attached to the saree and i have to cut, which is sometimes the case. But there was no blouse piece attached to the saree. The lining would not look good with the saree. Also, the saree arrived quite late and I did not have time to get a matching blouse made.
