The item arrived with a VERY strong fish smell that has not gone away. All of the outfits we ordered carried this scent.
Mirraw was able to customize my blouse to fit a bust of 30", which not all companies offer. But unfortunately, the underbust was sewn incorrectly. (On two of our purchased outfits, we reported the exact same measurements, but only one blouse was correctly sewn and only one blouse fits.) Additionally, the bra padding that we purchased is very tough and largely uncomfortable. We ordered the blouse shown on the model and extra sleeves were included inside the blouse. There is also a lot of material, if we ever need to expand the blouse.
I changed the back of the blouse so that there is a tie at the top. It is beautiful. The tie is a little thin. There are small gold tassels at the ends of the ties, but one is matte while the other shines.
As for the lehenga skirt, it is very comfortable and comes with its own lower can-can. There is a zipper and string tie. The tassels at the end of the tie are both shiny. It is not as easy to spot on the pictures, but the lehenga and dupatta come with occasional groups of sequins sewn together like small flowers.
Lastly, the color match is perfect. The green is bright and rich, the peach is more of a salmon color than it is peach.

Starting with the blouse, unfortunately, this was the only outfit with a correctly sewn underbust. The bra padding that we purchased is very tough and largely uncomfortable. We ordered a slightly different blouse style, and it was very flattering. However, it was also very itchy. Extra sleeves were included inside the blouse. However, the arm holes are not sewn correctly. I don’t even know how to describe it, the front of one sleeve is cut smaller than the other.
There is also a lot of material, if we ever need to expand the blouse.
As for the back of the blouse, the tie is a little thin. There are small gold tassels at the ends of the ties, but one is matte while the other shines, and neither match the more elaborate tassels on the photos. The color of the gold tassels also do not match the shade of gold on the outfit.
As for the lehenga skirt, it is very comfortable and beautiful, and it comes with its own lower can-can. It is heavy, of course. There is a zipper and string tie. The tassels at the end of the tie are both shiny and once again, a completely different shade of gold than the embroidery on the outfit.
Lastly, the color match is just slightly different. The embroidery is more gold than the pictures show, and the shade of purple is darker. Additionally, the blouse is a slightly lighter shade of purple, but not enough to be easily noticeable. The bottom trim of the lehenga and the dupatta is also a slightly different design, but it is stunning so no complaints there.
This lehenga looks BEAUTIFUL in the dark as well.

bewarned - THEY DO NOT LET YOU CHANGE THE STAR RATINGS. WEIRD.
If there was 0 star I would give a FUCKING 0 star.
My mom often shopped here (this is from her account) so I decided to purchase a lehenga from here. Note: We are International Buyers!
The main problem was:
1) They sent the wrong PRODUCT to begin with
2) They also sent me wrong COLOUR ( I ordered BLUE they gave me black)
- I asked for return shipping address so I could return the product & they could send me the correct one. (before their 7day return policy)
- I also asked them to cover my shipping as the FAULT was on MIRRAWs end.
I was being nice polite and patient until MIRRAW triggered me.
I had NO RESPONSE from them, but YET they constantly sent me emails saying they are waiting for my response. FUCKING RIDICULOUS!!! I HAD TO SEND 5 EMAILS over a period of 2 weeks for them to respond.
- WORST is that they replied yesterday saying will give me 20% REFUND. (this email was sent to my mom)
THEN they emailed me separately saying they will give me 30% REFUND. WHAT THE FUCK!
MIRRAW YOU NEED TO GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.

I had ordered for necklace worth rs 2000. Till date I haven't received. Umpteen times I have called your customer care number but of no use. You say you will call back but no response till now.
Worst experience I have ever had in online shopping. If I don't receive my order I shall cancel the same and give my worst review and spread the same to my friends also.

I had order chikankari kurta , in product description it was written it's 100 % cotton , but the product that i received is not cotton at all. Very disappointed.

I did order 2 outfits that I love on line and never received them. I call and was told that they don't have enough material for these outfit and I should replace my order. I call customer service and they will not help me.. I loose $138.00

Mirraw is the worst Online shopping site with absolutely no customer care service.
I ordered two Indian men kurta set from Mirraw. One was nice and it fitted my son well. The other kurta set blue embroided silk sherwani. Product ID: 3141885 did not fit my husband well and I posted it back in good faith that I will get the refund of the item.
I posted this item and paid £17.99 for postage.
Total cost: 46.32 for the item + 17.99 for post= £64.31
I did not receive any refund for my item.
I tracked my delivery and found that the recipient refused to accept the delivery and returned. I have not received this post back!
I called up customer services so many times and spoke to an agent called Shankar who does not help. I also submitted a query form at Customer services to help refund for my item, they do not reply.
I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with Mirraw customer services.
They should not be dealing with International customers as in foreign countries these issues are dealt with utmost care and refunds are processed.
I hope no international customer buy any items from Mirraw because if anything goes wrong with the order, they do not help!

I had the best first experience with Mirraw. I ordered the Teal Floral Lehenga and chose the custom stitch option plus cancan. Ragani from the stitching team reached out to me via whatsapp to inform me that the style of blouse I chose would cut into the embroidery and asked what I wanted to do. I ended up changing the style of neck to keep the embroidery intact. I really appreciated them doing that instead of just cutting into the embroidery. The fit is perfect and the stitching looks really well done. The material is great quality and the embroidery is the perfect amount to add some bling to an already beautiful Lehenga. I was surprised to see that the cancan was sewn under the skirt (usually is a seperate skirt to wear under) and the net portion is covered by a silky fabric which will prevent it from sticking/catching onto the lehenga skirt material. I will definitely reorder from Mirraw!
