Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/returned and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

My experience was catastrophic and highlights a complete lack of technical professionalism and control. I placed an order, but the system immediately sent me a cancellation email. Assuming the order had failed, I tried again with a different credit card. The result was a total mess: the system generated two separate confirmed orders with different tracking numbers (M488189294 and M043629139) for the exact same item, and I was charged twice. I received three different cancellation emails followed by two separate FedEx shipping confirmations for the same product. The customer support team eventually admitted this was a "technical glitch," but they still proceeded to ship two identical Sarees to my address. Instead of taking responsibility for the error and issuing a direct refund to my bank card for the duplicate charge, they just donc respond to my mails asking for a refund on one of the duplicate order. This entire situation has been a nightmare. The site is unreliable, their automated emails are deceptive, and their customer service refuses to provide a proper refund. I probably won't be using this website ever again.
The product was as I expected stiching was great perfect fitting but your system is too slow by the item the vendor receives order and prepares takes a long time I saw my items were dispatched days ago but takes soo long to be received in your warehouse and shipping is the same..A lot of improvement is needed in this area though the products are of high standard.
