It has been one month of being on phone umpteen times for long times, emailing photos of damaged goods and even talking with the manager Mr Nirmal who promised 100% refund in 3 hours 3 days ago and still no response Horrible service

The necklace looks quite cheap and not elegant like the picture. The gold is too orange and the pearls are not white - they are more pink/gold. Some of the top pearls had fallen off and lucky they were still in the bag. I will pull the item apart and replace the pearls with whiter ones that look more stunning. Hopefully that will make the item look a bit more quality.

I have initiated a return on this product as per guidelines but no one is giving any update on the refund. Refund policy is pathetic.

Lovely pair

The product image did not resemble imitation jewellery whereas the real one looks very much like imitation jewellery

Looks great in the image, but it's nongold once you see it.
