Return Process
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
Refunds/Replacements
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

You have beautiful kurti sets, great sizing and good prices. You really really have to work on your delivery procedures. It is extremely dissapointing when you have for almost a month for your items to arrive.
You indicate as expected delivery to be at a certain time and it actually arrives to 2 to 3 weeks later.
How can you let that happen???

I was worried size S doesn’t fit me coz I normally wear M, but when I tried it fits perfectly. Only problem is it’s quite long for me coz I’m only 5ft tall but this doesn’t affect why I like this item. Overall it’s worth the money. Will buy other styles next time.
