Stitched Products are customized to your measurements, cannot be resold/returned and hence will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
If you are not happy with the product you have received, don't worry. You can always ship it back to us within 7 days without any deductions.
Return will be processed in either of the following two ways: self return or pick-up. Pick-up process is only available to particular set of orders and not all, hence you have to self return the product in the case where pick-up service is not available. We request you to use a reputed courier with proper tracking number in case of Self Return. Mirraw will not bear the return shipping charges.
If you wish to replace a damaged product, we will send you a new one. We can also refund the amount to your credit card/bank account or offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Starting with it came approx 3 weeks late. very disappointed in the color and lenght of my blouse. Sari was stitched with the measurements I gave but blouse was not custom stitched and color was off. I ordered a green blouse and picture shows a green blouse but I received a navy blue blouse. Saree is navy blue but blouse should have been green. It was supposed to be 21 inches in lenght (see notes) but it is only 17 inches. You got my measurements confirmed via whatsapp and via email but it was deleted, WHY? Alll the measurements emails and whatsapp messages.have been deleted. If you want to get business from other cultures then you need to be able to understand what we're asking for and if you can't understand then ask or say you can't handle, notify customer and return their money. This was my 1st order and I didn't want to order too expensive, I wanted to see the quality and service first. My order was late and only after I enquired you told me what the issue was.
The yellow colour which is shown in the picture is not same at all. It is slightly light green or you can say fluorescent green colour. Not same at all.
