Thank you so much for a fantastic customer service. I am very happy with the quallity of the dress. My only issue is the colour, as it is different than I expected. The lighting in the photos makes the dress look pink redish, but in reallity it is more pink purplish.

I requested 31 inch waist so that I could wear the skirt above my navel. The stitching team ignored my request and added 4 extra inches to the waist. The waist is so large, I have to pull the drawstring super tight just to keep the skirt from falling down. Also, I requested NO can-can but they still added can-can.

I am waiting for my order number M800833620 followed by tracking number MP8016071939 it was suppose be delivered today but instead the suits given on the image have been delivered awaiting for my pink cotton suit

The product quality was good however I was not receiving any proper and meaningful updates on the status other than reassurances. It took 3 weeks to get it and I had to make alternate arrangements for the event because I feared it would not reach on time for the wedding. I had to spend more money to buy another outfit and brought in personally by another family member.

In my 5 years experience with Mirraw, I had always get the perfect sizes and perfect materials I always selected. The delivery was few times late but as far as the product is best nothing else matters to me. Mirraw..you are amazing!

I recently purchased a saree from Mirraw, and overall, I'm very pleased with the quality and design! The saree itself is beautiful — the fabric is luxurious, and the craftsmanship is top-notch. The blouse was also unique and well-made, and it fit perfectly thanks to the "made-to-measure" option they offer.
However, there was one issue: I specifically requested a 3/4 arm length for the blouse, but unfortunately, I received a shorter sleeve length instead. It's a bit disappointing because everything else was perfect, and I was really looking forward to that specific sleeve style.
Despite this minor setback, I’m still in love with the saree and blouse combination. I plan to order the same saree again, just in a different color this time. Hopefully, the blouse sizing will be spot on next time!
