I acknowledge your position regarding the 7-day policy. However, I must clearly state that I do not accept this as a valid resolution in a case where the product supplied is incorrect. This is not a discretionary return or a delayed complaint about preference. The dress delivered to me was not stitched to the size ordered (36) and therefore does not match the product purchased. Supplying an incorrect item is a fulfilment error, and responsibility for that does not disappear after an arbitrary time limit. I raised the issue immediately upon discovering it. The delay was solely due to me being abroad and unable to check the item earlier. This does not change the fact that the item supplied was wrong. Your repeated reliance on policy, without addressing the core issue — that the product delivered was incorrect — is disappointing and not customer-centric. Reputable companies do not close cases involving clear supplier errors simply by referencing internal timelines.

It's a beautiful net saree, with a beautifully embroidered and stone works. Little expensive. But worth of money.

Ordered this saree for my daughters 21st birthday. Love the colour. I am happy with the saree blouse stitching too. It is just like the photo. Very happy with the purchase. Thank you 😊
