This is a lovely suit. The colour and quality are as described but you need to improve your 'more specifications' section as often the sleeve length is incorrect or poorly described. This garment sleeve description says 'quarter sleeve' I assumed this meant 'three quarter sleeve'. What has arrived is half sleeve garment which I don't wear. It should have said half sleeve as this is clear what length the sleeve will be. Please make this accurate as we rely on correct information to make orders.

Product is fine however must have mistakenly ordered the wrong size which is my fault but your customer service is absolutely terrible and so is your non return policy. This is why I won’t buy again from you.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.

Lovely outfits, have bought a few lengha and anakali dresses from this website and they are always good quality. The custom stitching is great, Gauri Kadam helped with my latest order and was so helpful - checked my measurements and even called to make sure they were correct!
