I placed the order a bit late for a wedding in India. The stitching committee kept me in the loop and ensured the item got delivered directly to India address instead of shipping it to the USA since I was getting ready to leave. Great customer service! I am a happy customer that I am ready to buy more!

I’ve been shopping with Mirraw for years and while my recent saree order wasn’t exactly what I expected from the pictures I appreciate the wide variety they offer The saree had a heavier fabric than I imagined but the design and overall quality were still decent I hope product images and descriptions become even more accurate in the future to help customers choose better Looking forward to seeing improvements in upcoming collections

I purchased this navy blue sharara set and I couldn’t be happier! The fabric is incredibly soft and flows beautifully, making it super comfortable to wear for long events. The embroidery is intricate and adds just the right amount of sparkle without being over-the-top. I received so many compliments :)

Their service is very good. Timely communication, good response and well priced items. My only complaint is that the fabric used is too limited. For example, for the lengha, I wanted 44 inches in length but was told that the fabric allows only 41in which is pretty short for someone who is 167cm and will be wearing heels. Now the lengha looks a little high which isn't great but manageable. I wished Mirraw offered enough fabric to accommodate different choices and measurements.

I have placed an order yesterday with Fiza after having resolved some of my issues from my previous order.
This review is about Mirraw co-operation with my complaint and resolving some of it.
The products I have ordered i am hoping will be of much better quality which I am reserving my views on.

The products I received from Mirraw were well made. The stitching was done according to my size and it fits perfectly. Gauri Kadam was very helpful with the whole process and made it easy to communicate. Will order again.

Gauri Kadam did an amazing job on my daughter’s lehenga. My daughter loved her lehenga. Gauri made sure to call me to confirm the measurements I sent were correct for the lehenga pattern. I liked that. She also suggested what length choli would look good for the lehenga type, I liked the personal attention given to my order. Will definitely order again. Thank you mirraw.
