Mirraw communication and service is excellent. They expedited my order and I received it earlier than expected. They communicated with me through the entire process. The stylist that assisted me was so professional and went out of her way to assist me with the requests for my saree blouse. The blouse fits perfectly. All products are excellent quality.

Only one cons that it didn't delivered on time but very happy with the blouse stitching it's absolutely perfect in size and that to in a reasonable prize.

Very happy with the customization service . This person Khushboo made sure to follow up make recommendations and that I receive the perfect fit for my order . Thank you for adding the personal touch to make it special .
I though was taken aback a little with the shipping part my order was in multiple shipments and ended up paying lot of shipping/ import charges for one part probably owing to exaggeration of price listed with the invoice .

The Mirraw team was amazing. The stiching team was very prompt in responding to my messages. The fit of the outfit is as expected. The shipping of the items was on point and I received it just in time for the event. I have been ordering for a few years and if the quality of the product and service continues like this there is no reason for me to go elsewhere. Keep it up!!

Amazing customer service- when I told them I need it for a function before x date they expedited the delivery and it came in time (2 weeks 2 days to stitch and ship). Amazing communication from staff and everyone was really helpful ! I’m a repeat customer from the uk and love this website !
