The delivery was not done as per address and reason stated that no one at home whereas we were at home and it was delivered to near by collection shop.Which caused 1 day of us to get the product.

My experience with Mirraw has been exceptio al, specially the tailoring team. They do a video call to make sure your measurements are noted correctly and also respond to your queries.

I though was taken aback a little with the shipping part my order was in multiple shipments and ended up paying lot of shipping/ import charges for one part probably owing to exaggeration of price listed with the invoice .

The Mirraw team was amazing. The stiching team was very prompt in responding to my messages. The fit of the outfit is as expected. The shipping of the items was on point and I received it just in time for the event. I have been ordering for a few years and if the quality of the product and service continues like this there is no reason for me to go elsewhere. Keep it up!!
