The waistcoat was definately the wrong size, did not fit. I sent a message asking if I could get just the waistcoat in a bigger size, no response, again had to buy new outfit, will NOT be using your website anymore

The Blouse was too tight,tailor did not add extra margin as instructions. Been trying to sort out with customer service.They keep saying check measurements, which I have really disappointed.

I ordered a men's kurta set from Mirraw website at the beginning of May and received it in the middle of the month. Unfortunately, the wrong pant size was sent. I emailed customer service and was asked to send a photo of the size tag, which I did promptly. It is now been over a month with no response or resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of follow-up and poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from Mirraw again.

I have ordered a saree from Mirraw and am still waiting for it;They are still investigating but I have been obliged to buy another saree for the wedding of my friend.They just answer ever 3 days, telling you to wait.....
They are not serious at all and the sarrees are expensive.Can find the same at half price on the yourdesignerwear website;

This was the first time i ordered from this website. I have to say i am extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Though initially i had issues with making payments as there was some technical issues on Mirraw’s website but all good now with extremely fast delivery to Canada within 20 days of placing the order. The quality of the material i purchased is also very nice. Overall its a 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks team Mirraw!
