Bit disappointed. Not like the picture. The skirt is very narrow as opposed to wide like picture and top is small. Quality is mediocre.

I heard from someone that the garments are pretty big. I therefore contacted customer support and asked for a smaller size (XL- S). They granted my request, no extra charge. The garment made it here prior to the estimated delivery date. The garment fits perfectly.

Very unhappy. It is NOT the color I ordered. I also paid extra for customization and requested sleeveless blouse. WHY is there sleeves on this blouse? I am very upset that Mirraw is not doing a good job on customer service. Why are you lying to the customer. I would like to file a customer complaint.
Can you tell me why the color of the outfit is different than what I bought.Color in my order is royal blue. Why does it show a different color of teal. I attempted on multiple occasions to inquire about color and sleeveless blouse but got no help.

It is exactly as it is shown and the quality is great. I was worried about the fitting as most cloths from India are under sized but the fitting was also perfect. The quality of the sewing is also great. I will definitely shop here often.

The items were exactly as described and the stitched option gave me benefit of 'made to measure'. Beautiful garments that are a perfect fit.
Communication with the Mirraw team was excellent throughout the process.

The upper arm was small. There was a slanted stitch on the sleeve from under the armpit going accross all the stiches on the sleeves. So I removed the thread to ease the fit only to ended up with a
space "hole" now under the arms.

This was the first time i ordered from this website. I have to say i am extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Though initially i had issues with making payments as there was some technical issues on Mirraw’s website but all good now with extremely fast delivery to Canada within 20 days of placing the order. The quality of the material i purchased is also very nice. Overall its a 10 out of 10 for me. Thanks team Mirraw!

Hi, For the first time I ordered a product from Mirraw with order # M786106117. This is a lehenga with semi stitched blouse. The stitching form only allows to enter chest size. Now the blouse doesn’t fit me at all. Blouse length was too short. Very bad service and now I cannot even return the product. This is new corporate style of robbing.

I ordered a dress from this website with I asked for standard stitching ..but unfortunately they sent me a dress with different material not the one I choose and I saw …very cheap fabric …they are a cheater …and even I cant return it because their rules for standard stitching no refundable .
and to update my review with Mirraw ,that what happen after i sent email , the customer service came back to me her name is JANI, she was nice and she asked my about the pics and all details and the offer to return to JUST 25% which is max return she can make 19$..

Product I ordered is good. But stitched was wrong. Because I don’t knew that size we chose as standard size, will be two inches more in actual size.
So it came loose. Next order I was alert and checked the size when they confirmed my order. Find it two sizes bigger what I ordered. I try every way to contact them. Finally they corrected and said I should order body measurements because it comes two inches more than the size I select. Anyway they are very helpful and sincere. I love how they handle it this time. I wish there success.
