The only issue is that my package has been consistently delivered very late for the past year or two. Now, I always have to email the Mirraw team to arrange delivery. Otherwise, the quality of the products is good 👍🏻.

The packaging is so tight, there is fear of cutting into the fabric. May be loosens the outer package.
Also can you make semi stitched clearer as to what that actually means.

I had the best first experience with Mirraw. I ordered the Teal Floral Lehenga and chose the custom stitch option plus cancan. Ragani from the stitching team reached out to me via whatsapp to inform me that the style of blouse I chose would cut into the embroidery and asked what I wanted to do. I ended up changing the style of neck to keep the embroidery intact. I really appreciated them doing that instead of just cutting into the embroidery. The fit is perfect and the stitching looks really well done. The material is great quality and the embroidery is the perfect amount to add some bling to an already beautiful Lehenga. I was surprised to see that the cancan was sewn under the skirt (usually is a seperate skirt to wear under) and the net portion is covered by a silky fabric which will prevent it from sticking/catching onto the lehenga skirt material. I will definitely reorder from Mirraw!

Excellent customer service with prompt replies. I received my saree and blouse very fast, the blouse was very well-stitched and fits me beautifully. I highly recommend this store. I'm surprised by the negative reviews because my experience was well above average.

Hi I've just received my shipment from India to South africa. The items were as appeared if not better.
The stitching was exactly as per my measurements and all items fitted perfectly.
One less star for lengthy delivery time.

I received my order for saree, they were excellent quality. Material and blouse stitching were excellent. I will recommend the site to my friends and family.
I am in Canada and it took a month to reach but it was a great wait. Customer service was excellent and very responsive to communicate.
